Pre-install :
Where's my order?

a link next to your payment in your PayPal account.
I can't find my OBD II port.
Use this online resource to locate your port.
Post-install :
The PWR and DATA lights just flash rapidly.
Reset the Volo Chip. Contact us if problem persists.
No Lights!
Check that you've connected to the OBD-II port, and not a similar looking
diagnostics port. Verity correct pins were used. Contact us if problem
persists.
My power locks, windows, keyless entry, etc. will not function
properly now!
This occurs when the device is installed to the wrong port. Disconnect the
device and locate the OBD-II port.
Red DATA light flashes constantly.
This means the Volo Chip has power, but cannot find a signal from the ECU.
Double check your wiring.
I can't tell a difference yet.
Some vehicles require up to 120 miles of driving before the ECU will accept
the patched values. This is a safety feature to prevent one ECU hiccup from
affecting the entire system.
